The items we’ve included are just a few of our 2015 highlights – and here’s a little bit more about them.

12 level ball weights

Made from stainless steel, these seamless floats are used in a water system. 

11 pipe clip brackets

These brackets are manufactured from coil in our press shop, with the folds and bends formed with tooling we designed and made.  They are used on safety barriers which are installed on railway lines.

10 stainless letters

These are laser cut and polished, and available in any shape and size! You can see these on the wall in reception when you visit our factory.

9 cog assemblies

These intricate assemblies are alignment brackets for the telecoms sector. They were made using several of our in-house processes, including laser cutting, folding on our press brake, turning on one of our CNC lathes, welding, and assembly.

8 pressed components

These are cantilever plates, used as part of a mounting device.

7 shiny shoe stands

These beautiful retail stands were created for a high-end brand.  They were turned on our CNC lathe, then brazed and chrome plated. 

6 air vent panels

These are rear ventilation panels used on a power pack in the IT sector. Laser cut and punched.

5 lasered rings

Manufactured in our press shop, these retaining plates hold components or assemblies onto a shaft.

4 switchboard links

These bus bars are used for an electrical connection within a switchboard. They are profiled from copper, formed to shape, and nickel plated.

3 foot rests

These are part of a chair. They are sawn, cut, drilled, lasered, folded, and plated.

2 handle bars

These are push bars for a specialist seat.  They have been lasered, formed and welded, and powder-coated on our in-house line.

… and a mirror-polished Christmas Tree.

This year’s centrepiece has been laser cut from mirror-polished stainless steel, in two parts, slotted together.  Manufacturing drawings were compiled by our new apprentice, Ki.
