GrowthAccelerator is a unique service led by some of the country’s most successful growth specialists. It exclusively targets high growth businesses who want to enter the next phase of growth and have the potential and determination to get there.

Aldermans has subscribed to GrowthAccelerator, a government-backed service which provides funding to help high-growth businesses achieve their ambitions and drive business growth. 

GrowthAccelerator is a unique service led by some of the country’s most successful growth specialists. It exclusively targets high growth businesses who want to enter the next phase of growth and have the potential and determination to get there. 

A partnership between government and the private sector, GrowthAccelerator supports business growth across four areas: business development; leadership and management; growth through innovation; and by helping businesses to access finance. 

Companies are assigned a Growth Coach with the appropriate skill set, who encourages them to quantify their goals and put practical steps in place to achieve them, in a given timeframe.  Participating companies can also attend helpful events on business growth topics. 

This scheme offers companies affordable access to expertise to support an ambitious business plan; or perhaps coaching to help develop the skills they need to manage a fast-growing business.
