Product design
Our in-house designers take even the roughest of ideas and create 3D models & production drawings, turning your ideas into reality.
CNC turning and milling
Our two automatic bar-fed lathes can turn metal bar and even plastic. Plus, we offer milling with our Vertical Machining Centre and Turret Mills.
CNC laser cutting
We invested in the best-in-class CNC laser cutting machines, which handle 20mm thick material and run lights-out for quick turnaround.
CNC punching
We have a CNC turret punch and a punch-laser combination machine to efficiently create holes in metal parts up to 6mm thick. Both can run lights-out, too.
Bending, forming, folding
We have a suite of power presses, press brakes and a horizontal press; plus we manufacture bespoke press tooling.
Welding
We offer MIG and TIG, stud and spot welding, plus brazing, to tight tolerances, and we manufacture our own welding jigs.
Powder coating
With our in-house powder coating service we offer a myriad of styles, colours and textures for a perfect finish.
Assembly and kitting
Outsourcing product assembly to us saves our clients time and money, while giving the assurance of accurate, on-time delivery.
